Client Engagement Lead

Vikar is seeking a highly motivated client engagement lead to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with our client's needs and Vikar's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

 Applicants must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone of the United States. This a remote position.

 

  • Develop subject matter expertise on Vikar's suite of technology solutions and the broader market challenges experienced by community banks
  • Manage technical team, acting as a subject matter expert on Vikar's suite of technology solutions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction in delivery of all services 
  • Act as a main point for client communication and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.
  • Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, coordinate with Technical Lead to gather and translate client requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks 
  • Champion effective communication across Vikar's internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that align with their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services, liaise with CRO/team to nurture opportunities 
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Development

  • Engage sales teams to introduce additional Vikar product/service offerings. 
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the client base.

Project Management

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects meet (or exceed) client expectations, are within budget and adhere to established timelines.
  • Engages the support of internal resources and partners to introduce expertise that helps customers develop and implement their strategies.
  • Maintains all account documentation, directs all communications and updates to the customer in a regular and proactive manner. Delivers internal and customer business reviews on a consistent basis
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate access to support to address client inquiries.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyze client engagement metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project progress and performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Product Roadmap

  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
  • Work with internal teams to implement client feedback and enhance offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve client engagement strategies and plan for high-impact product features.

Skills Needed

  • Proven experience in leading technology projects preferably within the financial industry.
  • Ability to create internal and external organizational alignment through relationships, communicating vision and team building.
  • Strong initiative and self-starter qualities to drive improvement and efficiencies without being prompted.
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Broad based industry and technical knowledge
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong work ethic with personal motivation to function individually, as well as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving aptitude and techniques.
